The overall goal of therapy, is to promote social, emotional and cognitive development. Specific goals for working with the child, we set individually, depending on what difficulties the child is experiencing. Our psychologist will start working with the child, after conducting a thorough interview-talk with you, the parent, and performing the necessary tests. We choose the methods of work individually, depending on the age of the child, his capabilities and current needs. Psychological therapy can be based on play, role-play, story-therapy, elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, therapeutic conversation or emotion management exercises.

For your child:

  • we will teach him to function in a group and efficiently develop his social skills;
  • we will make them understand themselves better, cope better with their emotions, build self-confidence and increase their self-esteem;
  • we will teach them to communicate and verbalize their needs;
  • we will teach them how to better cope with school difficulties.

For you, the Parent:

  • you will understand what is behind your child's difficult behavior;
  • you will get guidance on how to stimulate your child in areas where he or she needs it;
  • you will receive guidance from us on how to support your child's development, support you in your parental challenges and build a relationship with your child.
